Giorgia is an award-winning learning and development professional with over 15 years of experience, specialising in equality, diversity, inclusion, and people management development. She has led the design of a digital equality, diversity, and inclusion program for CIPD in partnership with the NHS, which is being implemented nationwide.
Since 2011, Giorgia has developed digital learning content for the Liberal Democrats Party and CIPD, including CIPD’s first fully digital qualification that won Training Journal and Learning Technology awards in 2016.
She has also created programs for high-profile third-sector organisations like the Red Cross and served as a Board member for several charities supporting refugees, providing strategic insight and direction.
