Learning philosophy.
Evidence-based learning methods underpin all our workshops, webinars, and learning programmes.
Evidence-based learning underpins everything we do. But evidence-based doesn’t mean rigid — it means we know what works, and we build every programme around it.
Before we design anything, we work with our clients to identify clear commercial goals and learning outcomes. Because learning that doesn’t connect to business performance isn’t learning — it’s activity. And activity without impact is expensive.
Evidence- based methods only
Research based learning content that we know from experience works.
Measure the impact, not just the satisfaction
Survey questions and qualitative feedback designed to pinpoint what part of the learning made the most impact, and what specifically people will apply back in business.
Outcomes, outcomes, outcomes
Clear learning outcomes defined and agreed at the beginning of the design process.
A good facilitator, or a bad one, can make all the difference. Really good ones are pretty rare
We have worked with our leading Facilitators for 5+ years. They have a niche blend of decades of business excellence within their area of expertise, combined with facilitation expertise, and immediate gravitas at the most senior level.
For learning to land, we shouldn’t be afraid to make the experience difficult
We challenge participants in the right way, to make sure that every person is engaged in the learning, and can apply back in business.
Learner-centred means timely and appropriate delivery of knowledge and skills in the right context, through the right medium
We start by understanding our learners and then design / tailor our learning approach based on their needs.
There is no one single better medium for learning
We customise learning methods based on participants, means of delivery, learning outcomes, and business goals.
There is no substitute for application in context. Get them applying the learning to their own stuff quickly
In all of our workshops, we use application frameworks that are worked on in small breakout rooms involving your real business scenarios.
