Despite it being a virtual session, we were glad we did it! First, the preparation was easy, and well structured. Second, they were active listeners in adapting to our company's jargon and understanding our expected outcome as well as the audience. Finally, the session had the right balance of theory with non competing “live” examples that proved not only engaging but also practical to drive action within the marketing teams. I would close by saying that the openness to feedback, pivot, and adjust made it a delightful experience.
