Module Two: Developing empathy and understanding users

In this module you’ll:

  • Explore techniques for building empathy
  • Understand user needs and pain points, and how this understanding can be applied in every area of your organisation
  • Map user journey
Module Three: Ideation and creative problem solving

In this module you’ll:

  • Facilitate effective brainstorming sessions
  • Explore divergent and convergent thinking techniques
  • Select the best ideas for prototyping
Module Four: Prototyping and testing solutions

In this module you’ll:

  • Appreciate the importance of rapid prototyping
  • Use techniques for building and testing prototypes
  • Perform iterative testing and understand feedback loops
Module Five: Implementing human-centred design in organisational cultures

In this module you’ll:

  • Understand the principles of human-centred design cultures
  • Identify where you can integrate human-centred design into your culture 
  • Explore how to measure the impact of human-centred design initiatives
