Needs analysis

At Cognitive Union we believe in being focused on outcomes, outcomes, outcomes. Our needs analysis approach ensures we get focused on the right outcomes from the outset, identifying gaps in employee knowledge and skills, and determining the most effective means of bridging those gaps, or uncovering the true causes of poor performance and results. Through needs analysis we can help pinpoint where you want to be/ought to be, the gap from where you are now, and propose a way to fill it.

Expert team

Our founding team boasts 60+ years of experience working in and/or with large corporates on a variety of problems. We have deep marketing and digital experience, as well as urivalled experience in learning and performance, HR, digital leadership, culture and values building, coaching, and generalist business operations and strategy.

Corporate training

We have developed content for, and delivered corporate training to, hundreds of thousands of people across hundreds of businesses over the years, and we bring everything we’ve learned along the way to our clients at Cognitive Union. We have a range of pre-built workshops on a broad range of topics, but we are specialists in designing, developing and delivering bespoke programs for our customers. We geek out about how people learn, both through live learning, face to face and virtual, and through on-demand asynchronous learning, and we can help you with your training needs regardless of the medium or topic you need covered. 

Consultancy

In our view, and often our experience, sometimes the problem that L&D or DX leaders are trying to solve is not 100% best solved through just creating a corporate training course. Oftentimes it goes deeper, and requires process changes, structural changes, incentive changes, and so on…

At Cognitive Union, we are often retained by our clients as an extension of their own team – whether that is consulting on digital change, learning and performance in the organisation, digital transformation consulting or helping them to improve their organisation’s overall performance some other way….or through embedding a new marketing framework in their organisation to improve their consumer centricity.
