He has spent the past 12 years working with senior executives from more than 450 companies, helping them to develop the vision, mindset and skill-set needed to propel their people and businesses forward.
Daniel began his career in planning and strategy at some of the biggest global media agencies and media owners, later founding the Google Digital Academy team that delivered transformational education programmes to over 20,000 people from Google’s most important EMEA clients.
Whilst at Google, Daniel developed a passion for the cultural and behavioural aspects of leading transformation and he now works with senior leaders from a broad range of sectors and clients, including: Unilever, LEGO, Superbet, Mars, Nestle, Renault, VolksWagen, Carrefour, L’Oreal, H&M, Samsung, Invesco, Morgan Stanley, Citibank, Jellyfish, Omnicom and WPP.
Daniel is also a chair of Ella Forums, supporting leaders in the charity and non-profit sector.
