We are a forward thinking, people-centric training and consultancy company specialising in digital, marketing, data and culture transformation. 

We partner with organisations to enable business growth through capability building, behaviour change, and embedding new practices.

The first stage of every piece of work we undertake is to understand your learning and / or consultancy requirements and how they relate to your business and business goals. We can conduct a needs analysis in a formal or informal way via capability audits or assessments, or qualitative interviews or more informal meetings with you and your stakeholders to gather information.

Following this, we engage our expert team to deliver consultancy and / or learning interventions in the style of discovery or scoping consultancy work, sessions with stakeholders, short thought leadership webinars, longer application based workshops, or a bespoke programme which combines a number of different interventions which ultimately enables behaviour change to deliver your business goals.

How we work with our clients:

Phase one: Scoping / Discovery:

  • Deeply understanding your business through meetings, stakeholder interviews, information gathering and customer research, we work to 
  • Locking down what you would like to achieve by working with us
  • Agree clear goals and KPIs that will measure success

Phase Two: Design 

  • Agree learning and consultancy objectives that fulfil your business 
  • Could be a series of webinars or workshops, on-demand virtual learning, blended learning, or a consultancy and business implementation journey
  • Practical in-business implementation follow ups or coaching sessions
  • Off-the-shelf programmes customised,, or bespoke design for your individual needs.

Phase Three: Implementation / Delivery

  • Our Project Management team will ensure effective, quality delivery within budget and to agreed timescales
  • Involvement of key people in your business to ensure the learning and consultancy is as application-based and impactful as possible

Phase Four: Wrap-up and Measurement

  • Feedback collected at every stage: quantitative and qualitative
  • Review of success against goals and KPIs
